What is a Professional Organizer?

Professional Organizers work with clients to help them organize their spaces, belongings, time, or businesses, and to implement systems for on-going success.  Think of us like a Personal Trainer at the gym giving you the resources and help to maximize your space.

What can Coherent Systems Organizing do for me?

Our organizers specialize in residential organizing, small business organizing, time management and move organizing.  We work hand in hand with you to achieve your organizing goals to help manage your life, business and stress levels.

What is move organizing?

Move organizing is the process from decluttering and selling your home or office to purchasing and moving into a new space.  We also offer services in Senior’s downsizing and Estate organizing.  Check out our Services page for a detailed list of our offerings.

What risks are involved with hiring a Professional Organizer?

We at Coherent Systems Organizing are fully insured.  Organization does tend to reduce stress and create more free time so you risk getting to do the little things in life that you have been putting off or spending more time with your loved ones.

What do we charge for our services?

Please use our Contact page to reach out to us for an individual quote.  Each job is different and we do our best to work within your budget.  We do not push any products and encourage you to utilize storage options already in your space. You can chose our hourly rate or a flat fee for a project or just try our services for 2 hours.  We offer on location free assessments within our surrounding area.

Will I have to throw away or donate all my belongings?

NO!  Our Professional Organizers do not make any decisions on your behalf.  We help you find a home for all belongings that your cherish but will offer suggestions for items you may wish to donate or sell. Often clients chose to sell items they may no longer use to offset the cost of hiring a Professional Organizer.

Do I have to work side by side with my Professional Organizer?

That is completely up to you.  We work with clients who want to help every step of the way, clients who have friends and family come to help to reduce the cost, and we have clients who are busy and prefer our Professional Organizers to work on a preset goal.
